Indemnity
      You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TidyWare UK Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the UFOSlurp.com services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.

 

Returns

Each item on UFOSlurp.com is made to order. This means that items are exempt from standard returns process.  If an error in the print as been made by UFO Slurp, we will rectify the error by sending replacement items to the address given at checkout.

We will not refund/exchange any items that have been deemed to have been delivered "late". However, we take full responsibility for item(s) that have been undelivered.  We will replace (not refund) all items that have been deemed to have been lost by the Royal Mail.  The reason for this is due to the Artwork creation process.

UK Deliveries with the Royal Mail can take up to 28 days, but if your item(s) have not been received 7 working days after your dispatch email then please do contact us so we can begin to track your order.

We fully comply with the UK DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) for custom 'made to order' items.
