We do not stock items in advance; each piece is crafted specifically for you, based on your selection and specifications.
In the rare event that an error occurs on our part, such as a mistake in the print of your ordered item, UFOSlurp.com commits to rectifying this mistake by sending a replacement item to the original address provided at checkout. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the product you ordered, in the quality and condition we promise.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are deemed to have been delivered "late". Our delivery timelines are estimates based on typical processing and shipping times, and while we strive to meet them, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
For items lost in transit, we understand the frustration and inconvenience it may cause. UFOSlurp.com takes full responsibility for items that have not been delivered due to being lost by the Royal Mail. In such cases, we will replace the lost item(s); however, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the bespoke nature of our artwork creation process and the costs associated with producing each custom item.
For deliveries within the UK, items shipped via the Royal Mail can take up to 28 days to arrive. If your item(s) have not been received within 7 working days after receiving your dispatch email, we encourage you to contact us. This allows us to promptly track your order and address any delivery issues that may have arisen.
